Light weight aluminium casting - Bolt fixing positions fully adjustable to fit Wall Hung Toilet Pans with fixing width of 140mm to 260mm

1. Position the INWALL stud pan bracket (see Fig. 1) Check manufacturers wall hung pan height requirements from the floor. First mark the stud with manufacturers height requirement. Place the bracket against a stud and mark position for bolts holes (12mm) to be drilled. Use a spirit level to mark other stud to ensure that the pan will be mounted in a perfectly level position. Do not trust measurements from floor as this may not be level.
2. Centering pan on bracket Measure the centres of the pan fixing bolts. Adjust and fully tighten the two adjustable pan slot bolts. OPTIONAL - Locking bolts A washers incl. (see Fig. 2)
3. Measurement of pan fixing bolts. From the kit supplied with the bracket insert the two 130mm all threads into the adjustable pan slot bolts - allowing sufficient thread to go through the china - plus the thickness of whatever wall material is being used and finally allow 20mm for the protector/washer & nut to be fully positioned and tightened. (see Fig. 3)
4. Positioning and fixing bracket into position (see Fig. 1) Firstly insert the 12mm x 215mm all thread through the bolting positions in the bracket then place and screw on to the all thread (between the bracket and the stud).

   c Threaded 60mm x 90mm Plate
   Insert all thread through the stud and place a washer and a nut to hold all thread to stud. In the same order place washers, plates and nuts on to the other three all thread fixing positions. Check that all thread are sufficiently through both the stud and the bracket. IMPORTANT - Check the centre position of bracket so that the wall hung pan will be correctly positioned in the centre of the two studs. Screw the threaded plate hard up against each stud, fixing into position with the nut against each stud, fixing into position with the nut provided. Tighten all nuts to fix bracket in to position.
